Medical Psychiatry Collaborative Care Certificate (MP3C)

Trillium Health Partners has a collaborative partnership with The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), SickKids, and the University of Toronto to form the Medical Psychiatry Alliance (MPA).  The MPA is dedicated to transforming the delivery of mental health services for patients who suffer from physical and psychiatric illness or medically unexplained symptoms.

MPA offers the Medical Psychiatry Collaborative Care Certificate (MP3C), a continuing education program encompassing foundational, clinical & skill building and team & project based modules to support learning in integrated mental and physical collaborative care.  The program aims to provide education resources for health care providers, and their teams, to be better equipped to prevent, assess and manage patients with co-existing mental and physical health needs.

Modules are designed for all health care providers as well as managers and administrators in primary care, hospital and community settings who work with patients and families to address complex care needs in physical and mental health.
