I am pleased to announce the launch of the new suite of THP REB Application Forms that will be released on Monday February 6, 2023.
I want to thank everyone for their patience and support throughout the development process.
Please look out for communication in the coming weeks regarding the new application forms and educational sessions. We will be hosting several educational session for our research community to ensure our end users understand how to use the forms and have the opportunity to ask questions.
Although the forms will be launched on February 6, 2023, we will continue to accept the legacy THP forms to allow our users time to complete recent submissions and to familiarize themselves with the new forms. After April 10, 2023 the legacy forms will no longer be accepted.
As always our REB is happy to engage and consult with our users. We offer consultations with our Chair and/or Vice-Chairs to support our research community throughout the REB process, with particular attention to thinking through research ethics issues.
